The Many Colors of Us

Exploring Diversity and Creating Connection Through Art

A.R.T.S. Student Exhibition 2021

This work was created as part of the Sonoma Valley Museum of Art’s Art Rewards The Student (A.R.T.S.) program, which brings SVMA’s Teaching Artists to fourth- and fifth-grade classrooms in Sonoma Valley. This year, the program explored how art can connect people, build communities, and help create a kinder, more tolerant world.

Our exhibition this year is a mix of online and in-person at SVMA, The Arts Guild of Sonoma, and El Verano Elementary Schools.

To find your student or your classroom’s work, please locate your Teaching Artist below.

The A.R.T.S. Program is funded by Sonoma Plein Air Foundation, The Manitou Fund, and Community Foundation Sonoma County
