Southwest Journey

Sacred Landscapes & Living Cultures of the Southwest

November 3–12, 2026
Limited to 12 participants

Presented by Sonoma Valley Museum of Art and Amu Arts, this immersive journey through Arizona and New Mexico offers meaningful encounters with Indigenous histories, living traditions, contemporary Native art, ancestral Pueblo sites, and the dramatic landscapes of the American Southwest.

More than a traditional sightseeing tour, the program brings participants into conversation with artists, cultural educators, community members, and regional experts. The itinerary combines museums, private studios, cultural centers, archaeological sites, regional cuisine, and time for reflection and discussion.
