Ingrid Henderson is a Berkeley-based textile artist exploring the intersections of craft, fashion, and fine art. Working with hand-dyed fabrics and secondhand garments, she creates layered pieces that examine belonging and transformation while challenging traditional boundaries between disciplines. Her work spans both fine art and fashion contexts, and she brings a spirit of accessibility and play to her teaching with students of all ages. Ingrid graduated cum laude from Wellesley College and holds an MFA from California College of the Arts.
