Teens meet and talk with Japanese book artist Ryoko Adachi about her journey as an artist and engage in constructing an artist’s book form. Adachi’s delicate yet powerful works are featured in Book Becoming Art 芸術になった本. Maki Aizawa, co-curator of Book Becoming Art, will translate.
The Artist in the House series invites teens to connect with the featured artists of our exhibitions. Youth will learn more about the path of an artist through conversation and hands-on activities.
