A.R.T.S. 2009:
 | A.R.T.S 2009: Art Rewards the Student MARCH 14 - APRIL 5, 2009 SVMA’s eighth annual Art Rewards the Student (ARTS) education outreach to the Sonoma Valley Unified School District will culminate with a free public exhibition of student artwork at the museum from Saturday, March 14, through Sunday, April 5. Titled “Where Are the Wild Things” will showcase artwork created by 750 elementary and middle school students curated by Sonoma Valley High School Students (listed below). Student Curators: Shawna Bertlin, Abraham Duran, Joey Fegan, Rachel George, Chan Lee, Nick Lim, Stephanie Lyon, Kyndra Menefee, Soid Rodriguez, Chan Saechao, Max Vandergraaf COMMUNITY DAY Live Performances and Art Activities Sunday, April 5 from Noon to 5 pm A.R.T.S. is graciously sponsored by the Vadasz Family Foundation, Sonoma Plein Air Foundation, Community Foundation Sonoma County, Frank & Arlene Keesling, and Target. |
